After being aged in oak Bourbon casks for over a year, this whiskey has a sweet and organic flavor with a peppery body and a finish that hints at mango.

This reposado is aged for 8 months in French oak and undergoes charcoal filtration to remove color, preserving its full flavor. You'll notice aromas of cooked agave and sweet fruit, with a smooth, long-lasting flavor and hints of vanilla.

Blue Weber agave is 100% cooked in brick ovens, pressed with a roller mill, fermented in stainless steel tanks, and rested in French Oak barrels.

The smell starts off with cooked agave, citrus, and a hint of pepper. It kicks off with a sweet citrus and cooked agave flavor, then transitions to a mix of minerals before hitting a peak of earthy agave and lemon.

Black currant jam and dried apricots, caramelized agave, lime pith, clove, and black peppercorn. On the palate, caramelized berries and cooked agave sit up front with citrus peel, as warming oak spice percolates.

This tequila is made with 100% blue agave and aged for a year in American oak barrels. During this process, it acquires a smoky touch with notes of chocolate and vanilla.

Sotol is an organic type of agave that is wild-harvested in the Chihuahuan Desert of Northern Mexico. It takes around 15 years for the plant to mature, during which it stores vast amounts of natural energy before it is ready to be harvested. The best part is that no herbicides, insecticides, or fertilizers are used during its growth.
